The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalookan
Section titled “The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kalookan”The Diocese of Kalookan was created by Pope John Paul II on June 28, 2003, through the apostolic letter Quoniam Quælibet. It was formally established on August 22, 2003, following the division of the Archdiocese of Manila.
Territorial Jurisdiction
Section titled “Territorial Jurisdiction”The diocese serves the southern part of Caloocan City, and the cities of Malabon and Navotas. It comprises approximately 31 parishes and several mission stations, serving a vibrant Catholic community in Northern Metro Manila.

- Red (Lower Half): Valor of martyrdom, love of the Diocese
- Blue (Upper Half): Marian character of the diocesan ministry

Mission
The Diocese fosters Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs) and reaches out to those in the “peripheries” through mission stations and social communication programs.
